一排無食鐵板燒,來到三日月食返餐~朋友負責點,我負責食,一於撓埋雙手。火龍果雜菜沙律先上,新鮮嘅火龍果同埋雜菜,配上柚子汁,給人清新嘅感覺。前菜三點,煙燻雞肉,用上煙燻手法處理鮮嫩嘅雞肉,相得益彰。胡麻醬豆腐,滑滑嘅豆腐配上香口嘅麻醬,一啖就滑到肚裏。芥末八爪魚,為味蕾帶來一點刺激。日本廣島大生蠔,成隻手掌咁大嘅生蠔,濃濃嘅海水味,新鮮至極,配上酸汁同黑魚子,無論係賣相同味道都係極致。刺身有新鮮油甘魚,肥美嘅鮪魚,仲有配上黑魚子嘅魷魚刺身,只係得一片略嫌未夠喉呢。茶碗蒸上面嘅魚子為茶碗蒸帶嚟繽紛嘅色彩,蒸蛋加上鰹魚湯汁,令到蛋更有鮮味,底部竟然有木耳,層次分明。大大隻嘅澳洲野生黑邊鮑魚,鮑魚邊比較淋滑,中間肉嘅部份比較爽身,先食原味,跟住再沾上香草牛油蒜蓉汁,又是另一番風味,鮑魚乾味道較濃,建議最尾先食。鵝肝份量適中,師傅控制火候能力極佳,令到鵝肝香脆,油而不膩,配上18年嘅黑醋同香草汁,怎麼可能只得一件?再給我多一件吧。A4和牛同豚肉包住雜菇嚟煎,和牛肉質鮮嫩,牛味濃郁,豚肉卷金黃香脆,雜菇新鮮爽口,建議先食原味,之後可以試吓酸汁芝麻醬麵豉。櫻花蝦炒飯兩食,建議先食一半,留返一半加返
