今晚去左北角細妹新匿,跟呀妹一家行去海旁, 經過見到岩盤牛扒開左分店, 裝修仲似去左日本咁,吸引到我一於去食..餐廳是先付錢後取食物.價格豐儉,正牛扒套餐-肉眼200G,店員會係你面前量牛扒重量.絕對均真, 牛扒鐵板上按自己喜愛熱度,我比較LIKE5成,肉眼咬口豐富,唔韌,再灑上粉色岩鹽更提升.再追加25蚊吉列豬扒,炸得十分脆口.小朋友至愛壽喜燒選.日本和牛加牛肩.和牛雪花平均,脂肪集中, 10秒內可食,入口即化, 質素果然不錯,湯底內有娃娃菜,香菇,腐皮,湯底加和牛越滾越入味,最後煮埋烏冬連湯都沽清, 大滿足.加十蚊有杯雪糕.正整體地方不錯, 環境很舒適,下次再食先
