To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

💪🏻 即叫即炸椒鹽豬扒飯($78)呢間餐廳主打食炒飯，當然炒飯炒得勁香口🤤！炒飯粒粒分明，夠晒乾身，而且蛋味同蔥味香濃，就咁食炒飯已經好好食😋 而椒鹽豬扒都炒得好有鑊氣，勁香口，椒鹽同炸蒜味突出，撈埋飯食一流！豬扒都好夠淋，啖啖肉，份量多！不過椒鹽直接鋪係飯上邊，有少少蓋過左少炒飯嘅香味！味道：8/10性價比：7/10 食住瘦指數：💪🏻/5 💪🏻 秘製沙嗲牛肉雙燶邊蘭王蛋飯($78)餐廳用蘭王蛋，蛋黃係橙紅色。蛋味非常濃郁，蛋漿黏稠🤤！而且雙蛋煎到微微燶邊，令普通煎蛋超級香口，送飯又係一流😍 沙嗲牛肉嘅沙嗲汁滿滿，沙茶醬味濃郁！不過都係直接淋係炒飯上，令炒飯本身嘅味道被蓋過，亦都令炒飯變濕。味道：7/10性價比：7/10 食住瘦指數：💪🏻/5
