Restaurant: 新匯聚餐廳小廚
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

很久沒有試過堂食晚市了,今日收工後,去了食鑊氣小炒。由於去得早,我們選擇了坐卡位,坐得舒服點。餐廳選擇十分之多,什麼種類都有點,由各款小炒,煲仔菜,連糖水都有。先來個菠蘿生炒骨,炸得香脆的排骨,被酸甜醬包住,加了香甜菠蘿、青椒和洋蔥等。豉椒炒花甲同樣是用了青椒和洋蔥,卻是另一種風味,豉椒味香濃。而潮式蠔仔泡飯有粒粒漲卜卜的蠔仔,很飽滿,飯粒分明,蠔香十足。最後要了兩碗糖水,分別是綠豆沙和杏仁露。很久沒有這樣聚在一起閒話家常。
