Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有一段時間,因為疫情關係,好少出外食晚飯了,通常都在家食。近來,疫情好像緩和了點,好想出外食飯透下氣。難得,今晚清閒,唔想煮,約埋老公,去我們相熟的餐廳食飯,因實在好久沒來了,又好掛着那些小菜味道。我倆常在星期六放假就會在呢度食翻個扒餐,愛其大大份,又平宜就可以食到一個扒餐。夠平民!雖是在工廠大廈內,沒受到疫情影響下,食客都不少,招呼不斷!餐廳的裝潢都沒有太大的改變,現在坐起來寬鬆多了,要保持距離!因為只得我倆,選擇上都有點困難,因為不能叫得太多,但胃口是沒法擋,樣樣都想食。幸好,有套餐可選擇,又可選我倆想食的小菜。我倆叫了一個套餐,再加兩個小菜。大胃王消化了四個小菜、甜糕點、糖水。真是食得挺飽,又開心的。套餐我倆選了加料的套裝,要另加$20元,就可以食到我哋想食的小菜。兩個小菜、白飯、無味精老火湯、甜糕點。話梅骨~之前食過蜜糖欖角排骨,非常惹味。今次轉食話梅骨,愛其甜甜酸酸,開胃提味,夏日炎炎必食的小菜,排骨包上薄粉槳,再油炸,炸得外脆肉嫩,外面掛上話梅的甜酸,好味又開胃。薑蔥魚雲煲~老闆極力推介的小菜,他說:一點醒都沒有的,果然是,還好好味,真是沒介紹錯。碟內不是全部都是魚雲,都有

話梅骨~之前食過蜜糖欖角排骨,非常惹味。今次轉食話梅骨,愛其甜甜酸酸,開胃提味,夏日炎炎必食的小菜,排骨包上薄粉槳,再油炸,炸得外脆肉嫩,外面掛上話梅的甜酸,好味又開胃。

薑蔥魚雲煲~老闆極力推介的小菜,他說:一點醒都沒有的,果然是,還好好味,真是沒介紹錯。
碟內不是全部都是魚雲,都有魚腩在內,薄粉炸香脆,魚雲啖啖滑滑,魚腩少骨多肉,鮮味香濃,加上薑蔥散發出來的香味,融入魚肉內,更美味!

無味精老火湯 ~ 雖是例湯,但材料十足,很香濃,啖啖南瓜湯味。

甜糕點~香滑馬豆紅豆糕,椰香夠濃,嫩滑可口,入口即溶化。口感一流,越食越愛食。

炸乳鴿~老闆極力推介,是餐廳的招牌菜,果然不錯,不是細細隻的鴿,是用上了大鴿,大隻又多肉,啖啖肉,肉質嫩滑鮮甜,夠入味,連骨都能細嚼。

啫啫芥蘭菜~蝦粒、肉碎,加上蝦醬炒香,再用來炒芥蘭,芥蘭炒得能脆,新鮮又青綠,美中不足,味道鹹咗少少,但都比我倆食清。

桃膠蓮子手磨杏仁露~食甜品的胃真大,已食了椰汁糕,還可以再食杏仁露,看見用料全都是養顏滋潤的食材,當然不能錯過的,杏仁露香濃又滑,沒有粒粒,夠creamy,好稠、桃膠粒粒夠彈、蓮子夠棯,甜絲絲,好美味,一定會再食。
