To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日放工去咗觀塘搵嘢食啦🍴支持吓一啲本地小店💪💪呢間金飯碗雖然係平民化，但係佢午餐嘅時間都大排長龍㗎。皆因佢咁嘅價錢用料份量十足，對得住良心。淨係見到佢嚟嘅每一碟飯都大碟到🈵🈵🈵金飯碗主要係食炒飯為主，除咗鑊氣十足，而且抵食夾大件🤩麻甩佬去食啱晒🤭簡直就係男人的飯堂🍴✨椒鹽豬扒炒飯✨淨係豬扒已經有兩大塊鋪滿喺個飯上面，豬扒比較腍身，椒鹽味配搭避風塘炒料非常惹味🤪邪惡到爆炸💥✨招牌蝦頭油炒飯✨用蝦頭油去炒超級香，裏面有蝦，櫻花蝦，蠔仔配料絕對唔馬虎，一啲都唔輸蝕，而且炒飯炒得好乾身，粒粒分明，呢個係食炒飯嘅必要條件🥰✨蠔仔肉碎泡飯✨呢個飯普普通通唔算特別🤣✨椒鹽粟米✨油泡左嘅新鮮栗米一啲都唔會過火，粟米依然食出香甜多汁，濃濃椒鹽惹味😝
