ℒ𝑒 𝒞𝒽𝑒𝒻𝑒𝓉𝑒𝓇𝒾𝒶聽說樓上私房菜的質素都很高,今次是第一次吃私房菜的體驗,跟平常去普通餐廳有很大分別!這間私房菜的特色是所有食物由大廚一手一腳主理,另外經理亦會由頭到尾詳細介紹他們的招牌菜👏🏻ʟᴜɴᴄʜ sᴇᴛ的性價比挺高,包括ᴀᴘᴘᴇᴛɪsᴇʀ + ᴍᴀɪɴ + ᴅʀɪɴᴋ,很欣賞每一道出品都是由原材料自家製,而且無加任何味精,大廚在背後花了不少時間及功夫👨🏻‍🍳⤫ ⤫ ⤫ ⤫ ⤫ ⤫ ⤫ ⤫ ⤫ ⤫<ʟᴏʙsᴛᴇʀ ᴀᴠᴏᴄᴀᴅᴏ sᴏᴜᴘ><sᴄᴀʟʟᴏᴘ ᴄᴏɴsᴏᴍᴍᴇ> +$68上餐湯前會送上ʜᴏᴍᴇᴍᴀᴅᴇ ʙʀɪᴏᴄʜᴇ及ғᴏᴄᴀᴄᴄɪᴀ,是日餐湯多達四款選擇,ʟᴏʙsᴛᴇʀ ᴀᴠᴏᴄᴀᴅᴏ sᴏᴜᴘ的龍蝦味超濃郁,喝得出是真材實料,另加入牛油果蓉令整碗湯更杰身🦞經理介紹ᴄᴏɴsᴏᴍᴍᴇ即法式清湯是法國菜的最高境界,為了令湯汁看起來清澈無渣,澄清的步驟繁複,一有差池整鍋湯就報廢!湯碗放上一顆煎半熟帶子,經理即場把湯由壺中倒出,湯頭充滿海鮮的鮮甜味🤤⤫ ⤫ ⤫ ⤫ ⤫ ⤫ ⤫ ⤫ ⤫ ⤫<ʜᴀɴᴅᴍᴀᴅᴇ ᴘᴀsᴛᴀ>

聽說隔離枱的客人是為ʜᴀɴᴅᴍᴀᴅᴇ ᴘᴀsᴛᴀ再訪,所以二話不說點了一份,寬條麵由麵團壓成塊再切條,大廚會在客人面前完成個過程,加入新鮮檸檬、澳洲牛油果、羅勒、牛肚菌及2004年法國香檳烹煮‼️重點是手工意粉無加牛奶牛油,只用日本蘭王的蛋黃,口感比較爽口而不膩🍝

個人來說更喜歡這一道主菜,由東南亞廚師調配冬蔭公湯底,味道偏辣香料味重,燴牛尾也是要花時間的功夫菜,牛尾筋肉比例適中,軟淋ǫ彈口感集於一身!配上ᴏʀᴢᴏ米粒麵挺有趣,口感介乎於通粉及米飯之間,非常掛汁一點也沒浪費🌶
