To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 法芥醬忌廉燴黃油春雞配烤中東包 $320
餐廳以一個鑊來上菜,可以保持這道菜的熱度,夠晒熱辣辣。雞肉夠大舊份量多,黃油春雞外皮燒到脆卜卜,好香口,雞肉嫩滑多汁。入面仲有蘿蔔、薯仔同埋菇,吸收晒雞油超入面。再以附上的中東包(看落似印度薄餅)點埋唔會太攻鼻的法芥醬,就超飽肚及滿足。
