銅鑼灣少有高端四川菜,仲係米芝蓮星級餐廳,整體餐廳風格按照Omakase經營,定期會轉菜單。每道菜都加入左花椒元素,除左加添四川獨特的風味外,仲可以祛濕,因地制宜,一舉兩得,廚師十足心意!高端食材不乏鵝肝、魚子醬同海參。其中最推薦湯同乳鴿,湯以水煮白菜方法炮製,湯水睇落非常清澈,但味道卻鮮甜濃郁,障眼法用得不錯,不愧為國宴菜色煮法。乳鴿就更加令人讚口不絕,保留乳鴿的鮮香之外,仲添加左獨特嘅四川臘制風味,一問先知,除左粵式工藝外,仲增加左四川滷水環節,味道一試難忘。侍應會仔細介紹每道菜,服務周到。唯一不足,餐廳位置有限,要訂位可能要提前一段時間
