To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日難得去銅鑼灣shopping, 一輪大出血後諗住搵一間舒服啲嘅餐廳食野，行行下見到呢間小曼谷泰國美食站，俾佢嘅火車頭吸引，走入去試吓啦！泰皇咖喱炒大蜆 $168一見到超吸睛！一黎好大碟，二黎d蜆真係好大隻！因為咁所以好大粒蜆肉，配上咖喱汁好好味！咖喱亦夠creamy, 有少少蛋花感覺好rich!❤️豬肉碎生菜包 $92可選唔辣、小辣同正常辣，而我哋就叫咗小辣。少少辣幾野味，豬肉碎亦用咗蒜頭洋蔥同唔同嘅香料炒，所以好香👍🏻而且亦有好多塊生菜，分量幾多。牛舌 $38燒牛舌肉質鬆軟，鹹度適中，亦有少少炭燒嘅香味，唔錯！雞軟骨沙嗲串燒 $24而雞軟骨串賣相唔錯，肉質一般，不過值得一讚嘅係沙嗲汁幾好味😋加番d分最後我哋嘅叫咗杯鹹檸七，酸酸美美好開胃😆總括來講餐廳位置旺中帶靜，佈置亦特別，幾適合傾偈！😊
