To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

往時每年都去泰國旅行順道和朋友興祝生日，依家唯有不斷尋找地道泰菜餐廳去回憶喺果種味覺和感覺。今次fd子的慶生飯嚟咗呢間喺銅鑼灣用火車頭佈置的泰國餐廳食，最欣賞個海鮮焗飯：澳洲龍蝦椰青海鮮焗飯・一上枱我哋嘩一聲，龍蝦大隻到超誇張，龍蝦頭大過我拳頭，啲料滿到瀉！用椰青焗個飯味道零舍清新香甜、仲有好多舊新鮮爽脆龍蝦肉、和帶子魷魚等海鮮，份量足夠填飽我哋3個小曼谷孖寶推介 -嗌呢個餐可以喺menu嘅A+B各揀1項，比散叫更加抵食：A 泰式燒盲鰽・用泰式香草燒得魚皮微焦香，揭開魚皮嫩白魚肉冒晒煙咁，條魚size幾大條肉質ok味道較淡，點埋辣汁食會惹味啲B 小曼谷海南雞 (1/2隻)・雞件肉厚口感也算滑、雞味就不太濃椰青波波・係泰國直送嘅椰青水，好得意真係成個波咁，係用飲管篤穿波波飲啲椰青水，幾清甜，啲椰青肉仲好易刮出嚟食，滑捋捋幾正芒果椰汁沙冰・成杯滿晒粒粒芒果肉，既甜又解暑清熱氣小曼谷泰國美食站
