To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去開銅鑼灣搭車都會經過糖街e條內街 成日都會見到有好多人去買印尼小食 留心d睇原來入面有得堂食 今日有時間就決定試一試店內其實唔算大 總共都係坐到十幾廿個人 不過turnover 都算快 睇餐牌基本上主食 小食及餐飲一應俱全 我地點左燒雞班蘭尖塔飯 以及印尼炒貴刁燒雞有驚喜 雞肉嫩滑易切有光澤 點埋醬料帶有微辣更惹味 班蘭飯塔係比較少試到的菜式 但班蘭香料味道都唔錯 有食出有奶油香 食物賣相亦幾精緻 炒貴刁爽口亦帶有煙韌 配上豬肉雜菜香葱配料份量十足 味道不算太肥膩 控油都算掌握得唔錯 另外點左一個小食拼盤點左泰式辣醬食更加惹味 有豆腐 秋葵 雞翼等等小食 適合兩人分享最後每人點左兩杯飲品筋葉果混吉蜜 開胃解膩之選 ✅黑糯米特飲 軟糯奶味甚香 以人均百多元係銅鑼灣試到特色的印尼小菜 都係性價比唔錯之選⭐️
