來到居酒屋,先嚟一杯梅干威士忌割水,解下渴。梅干威士忌割水則結合咗梅干同威士忌,味道酸甜,微微帶有威士忌的醇厚香氣。我哋先叫避風塘茄子,經過爆香過嘅茄子,再配上香濃嘅避風塘風味嘅炸蒜頭、辣椒和香蔥,真係一絕!茄子嘅質感軟滑,而醬汁嘅味道鹹香,食落去,茄子嘅甜味同醬汁嘅鹹香互相輝映。再嚟就係鵝肝炒飯。鵝肝係一道高級食材,加入飯中,味道更加突出。為咗令鵝肝更加豐富,厨師仲加入少許蔥薑蒜炒香,令味道更加香濃。炒飯粒粒分明,飯粒帶有微微的焦香,鵝肝嘅鮮甜味道在口腔散發出來。厚燒牛舌絕對係首選。牛舌肉質鮮嫩,加上燒至金黃色嘅外皮,令到每一口都帶有濃郁嘅燒烤香氣。切開一塊牛舌,肉質滑嫩,啖啖肉。配上少許檸檬汁,味道更加豐富。接下嚟係燒蠔。呢款菜式將新鮮嘅蠔燒至半熟狀態,保留咗蠔嘅鮮甜味道同質感。最後係朱古力炸彈,朱古力外殼係用咗煙韌炸粉包住,裡面有濃郁嘅朱古力醬,絕對係甜品愛好者嘅最愛。
