又係因為Dining City 無推介,今次同老婆試咗呢間樓上私房餐廳,順便慶祝生日,因為分數高而選佢,結果亦無令我地失望👍餐廳位於銅鑼灣新會街嘅舊樓上,外面毫不起眼,𥚃面係由一個單位改成餐廳,地方不大但裝修給人一種舒服感覺。餐廳經理好主動熱情跟我地傾計,介紹咗佢地大廚 Azmi 及餐廳營運方向,覺得佢哋真係好有heart去做,全部食物人工處理外,材料選擇及烹調亦好有要求,落完Order後超期待😙今日嘅午餐係$198 per head,包括餐前面包、餐湯、主菜、甜品及飲品,選擇非常多,性價比睇落都算好高😱🔻Artisanal Bread面包餐廳人手自己做,每個客人有法式及意式各一片,塗上自家製檸檬牛油,焗出嚟味道非常香口感軟😋🔻Signature Lobster Bisque經理介紹龍蝦湯並非一般只用蝦殼煮,餐廳反而用上蝦肉,所以個湯飲落非常香濃,經理亦教先剩飲湯三啖,然後再連中間澳洲牛油果一齊飲,味道亦很不一樣,正👍🔻Cream of Cauliflower Soup呢個椰菜花湯亦好靚,用奶煮得好 creamy ,最特別加上一圈 basil 油,香味升級不少😍🔻7 oz Smoky

餐廳選料真係幾特別,棄用大路嘅美國或澳洲牛,反而選用阿根廷牛,另外餐廳亦用上好多椰汁入餚,基於環保考慮,大㕑會用返啲椰殼嚟燻煙牛扒,真係估佢唔到,阿根廷牛非常嫰亦好有牛味,除咗配菜喺有機材料外,薯蓉亦棄用牛油,改用椰汁嚟做,軟滑之餘亦充滿椰香味,好特別啊🤪

Apple Crumble 食得多,今日試吓個 Pineapple Crumble,菠蘿好清香好甜,好味😍

至於Banana Crepe,喺Menu上面係冇呢個甜品選擇,但經理話今日大廚有時間可以做呢個甜品,加$38就得,難得有機會再加上我哋都喜歡食Crepe,二話不說就Upgrade咗一份,果然做得好好食,好多香蕉,薄撐加埋雪糕一齊食,真係冇得頂🤤😋👍


今次偶遇 Le Chefeteria 真心覺得好幸運,以$198 價錢享受都米芝連星級大廚咁用心煮嘅菜,真真心覺得超值,期待下一期 Dining Week 再見👌
