To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早前朋友曾經介紹話銅鑼灣呢間食酸辣粉的餐廳五錯，今日決定一試❤️_口水雞$78可以揀例牌、半隻、一隻，視乎人數決定醬汁好香口，辣到其實唔算好辣，唔食得辣嘅朋友仔應該都食得到，雞肉肉質都幾滑，如果麻香味更重會更好食_四川牛肉麵麵係用上幼面，食落去嘅時候會吸晒牛肉湯麵嘅汁，牛肉嘅份量亦都非常多，價錢與銅鑼灣那個算是合理如果可以大碗啲就好啦😆_我們是晚上差不多九點多來的，餐廳仍然是非常多人和繼續有人進來進食☺️

醬汁好香口，辣到其實唔算好辣，唔食得辣嘅朋友仔應該都食得到，雞肉肉質都幾滑，如果麻香味更重會更好食

麵係用上幼面，食落去嘅時候會吸晒牛肉湯麵嘅汁，牛肉嘅份量亦都非常多，價錢與銅鑼灣那個算是合理如果可以大碗啲就好啦😆
