To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 繼昨天吃了個兩餸飯後,今天再次探訪斑蘭飯,很高興今天餐牌上還有這系列,然後在想要雞脾還是焗牛飯呢,到我的時候聽到收銀在和廚房對話,說焗牛只剩下一個,於是二話不說的叫了.由於是巴東汁,所以都有少少棘,感覺巴東汁醬有點油,牛肉只有少量,汁和飯都很多,棘汁太多所以棘味蓋過了芝士味,斑蘭飯不錯,有陣陣斑蘭香味,和飯也很配,可能試雞脾那個更好,現在斑蘭飯混合了棘汁感覺有點副大過主了. 其實我很喜歡吃椰汁糕,當然這裡很難有驚喜,上軟下硬的感覺,這餐還是可以,至少都吃了9成,沒有不開心的感覺🤔

由於是巴東汁,所以都有少少棘,感覺巴東汁醬有點油,牛肉只有少量,汁和飯都很多,棘汁太多所以棘味蓋過了芝士味,斑蘭飯不錯,有陣陣斑蘭香味,和飯也很配,可能試雞脾那個更好,現在斑蘭飯混合了棘汁感覺有點副大過主了. 其實我很喜歡吃椰汁糕,當然這裡很難有驚喜,上軟下硬的感覺,這餐還是可以,至少都吃了9成,沒有不開心的感覺🤔
