Restaurant: 容記小菜王

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 唔想煮飯,又想去食中菜?今天下班就同媽媽齊齊去<容記小菜王>食晚飯。 地方不算太大,職員安排我們坐卡位,座位闊落舒適。 容記小菜王除了有鑊氣小炒、粵菜、招牌脆皮燒腩外,還有海鮮、秋冬精選之羊腩煲、油鴨煲...等等,供客人選擇。 😋是日選擇:1️⃣前菜 🍽青瓜配雲耳,甜酸帶點微辣,令人胃口大開。 2️⃣極品燒鵝皇 (例) 鵝肉夠入味,鵝肉略肥,燒鵝皮脆,肉質細膩,多汁,佐飯一流。 3️⃣紅燒乳鴿 細細隻乳鴿,肉質肥美,就算不使用任何調味,還是很惹味、香口。 4️⃣蒜茸炒時蔬 (白菜仔) 🍽份量很多,蔬菜新鮮,配上香氣十足的蒜茸,令白菜仔味道鮮美,口感爽脆。
