To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫左個套餐,每位$198,包五款海鮮,我地要左: 1)薑蔥炒蟹--好大碟呀,老闆俾左好大集蟹我地呀!!炒得好好味,亦食到蟹肉既鮮味2)芝士焗龍蝦--芝士焗比起上次用上湯煮好味d,都唔錯3)椒鹽賴尿蝦--老闆娘一早話呢期d賴尿蝦無咁多肉,不過都叫啦,今次d膏多d肉少d,不過都係好香口4)果皮蒸鮑魚--每人有兩隻,鮑魚好鮮甜,係我0既至愛5)清蒸老虎斑--都有成斤重,魚蒸得好滑個餐仲包菜&豆腐湯,以及前菜既酸薑皮蛋我地仲自費叫左3隻象拔蚌,每隻$20,蒜蓉粉絲蒸,好鮮甜可口呀!!!
