To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次為大家介紹既係位於元朗yoho mall入面既一間西餐廳,喺元朗西鐵站落車, 行一個字度就到沿途經過商店: 宮奇駿專門店 ->U字頭既西餐廳-> 轉右就到架啦真係唔識點去既話可以認住yoho mall戲院 見到戲院, 轉頭望右手邊既位置見到有好多綠色植物做裝飾既就係餐廳啦..............................暫時我去過2次, 而且都係經開飯啦入面預先訂枱的去到只要顯示反訂座記錄就會有職員帶位餐廳入面環境優美有D位置仲可以見到出面既平台花園感覺舒適..............................食物啦, 等我逐張介紹下(2次一次過post)1. 餐前小食呢個係炸雞拼盤,即叫即炸的預反都要等3個字左右調味可以個人比較中意食雞塊啖啖肉又juice唔會炸得太乾,恰到好處呢個蜜糖雞翼甜甜地幾易入口對比炸雞, 雖然2個都係炸, 但係呢個食起上黎感覺冇咁脆, 前者係用脆漿炸的, 後者感覺似用氣炸鍋炸既感覺怕熱氣既朋友仔可以點呢個我冇記錯的話好似係單骨雞翼來的咁就方便中意食雞翼但又想保持儀態既女士們薯條夠脆而且分量都夠多三個人share黎食都冇問題

三個人share黎食都冇問題
黑松露醬入面應該溝左D傳統白色沙律醬,所以較為偏酸, 但黑松露味都幾濃

呢個非常推介

芝士味好濃, 好creamy
開頭未食過見到"酒"呢個字打左個突, 因為我唔飲酒的
其實酒向煮既過程已揮發, 牛肝菌既味已蓋過. 所以唔可以/識飲酒既朋友都唔洗擔心

可想而之好食程度去到邊

顧名思義有4款: 黑松露蘑菇, 香草類既菜, 牛油果, 原味(5種芝士)
4款各 X2 => 叫一完整個就會有8件
批邊如餅乾般乾脆
薄底, 好似我呢D大食既一個人一次過食哂4款味各一件都可以
其他味唔詳述啦, 因為都係差不多
主要想講下牛油果
佢地會放幾粒粗鹽落牛油果既表面
當然啦, 牛油果係好軟, 但加左D鹽上去, 食落去有D咸咸地, 個人覺得有少少怪
如果冇鹽會較好

呢間食既野都係多國化
第2次去既時候見到有銀鱈魚青咖哩配白飯諗住試下
魚係用葉包住上的
但食落去偏乾
青咖哩濃郁, 但汁量偏少,而且有一定程度上既辣, 要有心理準備喔
小貼士: 點餐時可留意旁邊有冇"辣椒"標誌

如圖一樣, 如果個心心拉反正中就會好睇好多(留意心心既位置同杯耳既位置)

總結: 食物及飲品質素都高, 但單點價格都偏貴,
小食1個都要HK$100
埋單亦有加1服務費
而且暫時睇點過既餐點黎計
呢間餐廳都係以西餐點最為拿手

題外話: 
因為2次去食都係D大時大節, 所以要單點. 唔知平日既星期六,日會唔會有lunch set架呢?

Other Info. : - 侍應較多操英語的, 但受過訓練, 客人只要對住menu指佢地都可以落岩單 - 用餐後翌日佢地營業經理會send email問反客人既用餐體驗
