Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

長沙灣平民火鍋放題專門店 - 紅火雞煲應該都隔了一年沒有來這裡食了，裝潢沒有不同，員工仍然都是很熱情，還記得以前紅火雞煲晚上都還有點心、兩餸飯供應但現在只提供任食雞煲、火鍋、韓燒，不知道是不是想做高級個BRAND呢?紅火雞煲現在做的街坊套餐是雞煲火鍋+鐵板燒烤+汽水啤酒（2小時任飲任食），3:30PM-6：30PM前離座只需$168（還要是免加一!）6：00PM後入座都只是$238（仍然是免加一!）而9：00PM後入座更只是$218（仍然是免加一!）注意的是逢星期五六日假期及假期前夕要加收20元。小童星期一至四只需$108，而星期五六日假期及假期前夕只需$128 !近百款食材，例如海蝦、鱔片、脆鯇、手打蝦滑⋯十數款鍋底任大家選擇 ! 紅火雞煲地址 : 長沙灣元州街277-279號地舖訂座電話 : 27087083營業時間 : 星期一至日 15:30 - 24:00
