To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

長沙灣美食林立，米線短短一條街都有4間選擇，但從前住沙田的草子，對金仔有個情意結，所以今晚HEA食，就去左金仔敘舊6:45左右去到，趕及最後一張桌。好多食客都點左烤魚，望落去幾好味，下次試下先！我點了胡椒豬肚雞湯飯，賣相麻麻地，味道就正正常常。不過胡椒味唔夠勁，雞件多骨，冇咩肉食。草子點了金仔湯底米線，豬軟骨和雞絲。店家雞絲是用雞脾肉，嫩滑JUICY;豬軟骨肉質還好，唔似煲湯豬肉，不過軟骨位好爽口，我覺得一般般。我地仲叫左個雞絲粉皮。粉皮是走寬粉風格，雞絲好碎，都幾岩攪拌，有蒜蓉，麻醬，所以食落有去有少少辣。不過呢個雞絲粉皮，我地都唔覺得好食。因為太咸，不用試~姐姐反應快，上菜快，呢個都係優點
