To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

長沙灣高質火鍋及韓燒

這間位於長沙灣的紅火雞煲，晚市主打任飲任食雞煲、火鍋及韓燒，食物款式甚多，而且任飲還有啤酒，每位都是二百多元，性價比高。先叫了個濃湯花膠雞湯底，雞肉嫩滑，花膠爽口，湯底鮮甜。之後就可以加湯打爐，火鍋料有超過50款，海鮮都很新鮮，手打丸更是必食，非常彈牙。肥牛肉都不錯，不會太肥。外面還有些蔬菜等自取。另一邊廂，又可以烤肉，海鮮中海蝦很新鮮、羊架嫩滑及舌心爽彈，以上都是必食推介。整體食物質素不俗，而且款式多至令人眼花繚亂，確是抵食之選。
