好耐冇試過特登入嚟長洲食晚飯,仲研究緊食海鮮定話揀其他嘢之際,見到呢間泰國菜嘅食評都好好,就入嚟試吓。叫咗個細嘅泰式小食拼盤,十分豐富,裏面有素春卷、炸魚餅、炸蝦餅、雞翼同埋越式春卷,各樣都發揮到正常水平,唔錯!另外仲有叫咗沙嗲串燒半打,揀咗雞肉同埋豬肉,沙嗲花生醬十分惹味,串燒D肉唔會燒到好乾,另一推介。仲叫咗燒海蝦,估唔到唔使$100,就有六大隻,仲好新鮮,肉質鮮甜彈牙,必叫。叫咗個蝦醬炒椰菜苗,超級野味,椰菜苗好爽脆!見隔離枱有其他燒海鮮,問吓老闆,原來可以買海鮮嚟加工,我就出咗去買咗鮑魚同埋大墨魚。燒鮑魚配泰式海鮮汁,絕配,燒完嘅鮑魚,肉質仲好彈牙。另外隻墨魚,老闆提議用香茅白灼,好鮮甜。因為得兩個人食唔晒,拎左返屋企雪凍佢,原來仲好味,好爽口 !
