To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次喺長洲其中一間食咗嘅餐廳就係以越南菜為主打嘅「越大哥」😋因為我都朋友都比較細食,所以我哋就淨係揀咗呢啲小食,包括以下呢四款:💋越式軟殼蟹米紙卷💋越南春卷💋越式無骨鳳爪💋香茅串燒雞首先,非常推介呢一款米紙卷,米紙卷非常之薄,咬落去脆卜卜,因為入面加咗軟殼蟹,口感非常之層次豐富!另一款嘅越南春卷都相當唔錯,呢款比起米子卷外皮更加脆,兩種又唔一樣嘅感覺,不過都好好食!然後就要推介呢一款非常有越式菜風味嘅無骨鳳爪,佢哋個酸辣汁簡直係冇得頂,酸酸辣辣嘅鳳爪仲要無骨,食落非常之開胃!最後一款就係非常之多汁嘅香茅串燒雞,燒完之後雞肉仍然好滑,啖啖肉👅

首先,非常推介呢一款米紙卷,米紙卷非常之薄,咬落去脆卜卜,因為入面加咗軟殼蟹,口感非常之層次豐富!
