約咗朋友到長洲係我常有的動作,因呢度有得玩有得行山有得食,最重要係有海鮮食,但又唔會太貴嗰隻😛呢日來到“新潮發海鮮菜館”,點咗個278蚊三款小菜/海鮮套餐,幾十樣野之中揀咗“白灼鮮魷”、“豉椒炒蟶子”和“蒜蓉蒸開邊蝦”,加埋送嘅“蒜蓉炒生菜”和“栗米魚肚羹”,實際係有4餸一湯😍豉椒炒蟶子中的蟶子係扁嗰隻,亦係我童年的回憶,火候够足,有洋蔥,辣椒啲料頭一齊炒,好惹味;蒜蓉開邊蝦啲粉絲好入味,吸收晒蝦的精華,yummy ;而白灼鮮魷就係今日之最,有D韭黃,芽菜墊底,魷魚非常新鮮,爽彈,仲有D豉油汁蘸住來會,好開胃😁
