To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 趁放假同朋友入咗長洲hea吓👭🏻行完成個長洲一圈好累,想搵間餐廳坐下食少少嘢,朋友就提議試試呢間越南小店—越大哥~行到好口渴,第一時間就梗係嗌番杯嘢飲啦🥤桂圓茶有好多粒龍眼肉喺入面,龍眼肉咬落好友水份,成杯桂圓茶都好濃味✔️ 另一杯係新鮮菠蘿梳打,消暑一流☀️有成半杯都係新鮮菠蘿肉,十分俾貨!我哋總共買咗四樣小食,包括:✔️越式無骨鳳爪—鳳爪經過足份嘅浸泡,所以吸收哂汁醬嘅味道,口感有咬勁之餘又夠柔軟🧡✔️越式軟殼蟹米紙卷—炸過嘅軟殼蟹仍然保持鮮嫩多汁,加上大量蔬菜,食落好輕盈冇負擔,食多幾件都唔會滯🦀✔️香茅串燒牛—牛肉吸收晒香茅嘅香氣,食嘅時候仲會feel到有炭火燒烤嘅味道,就咁食唔使點任何醬汁都好夠味🐃✔️香茅串燒雞—呢串燒燒雞完全冇鞋口嘅感覺,雞肉仲係好Juice,超出色喎🐓
