To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有親戚來香港玩所以夜晚同佢哋係屋企附近餐廳食飯,老人家唔鍾意西式,所以都係來番呢間餐廳一湯,一飯,一肉,一菜,好似家常便飯咁,老人家已經好滿足首先係個湯「砂鍋野菌鮮菇腐竹銀杏豆腐」,可能滬菜口味偏重,長輩食完話好口渴lol,但我個人覺得都ok可接受,豆腐同配料都好入味。季節限定既炒蕃薯葉(印象中$7x)。份量較少,4個人食好快食曬,但味道唔錯,蕃薯葉已都好嫩,唔會油膩。真心推介黑醋排骨!酸酸甜甜好好味!炒飯乾身,調味適中,亦值得一試。
