每次去到都有人龍的bakehouse,麵包真的很有水準,已經到訪過幾次,今次集合一齊寫!Pretzel $16係我最喜歡既包,但香港好少見到☹️大大個,口感係煙煙韌韌咁,比bagel還紮實一點!面頭有一粒粒海鹽,鹹鹹甜甜的味道😍Croissant $18bakehouse最出名係牛角包!每天只有兩輪,早上8點和中午12-1點,每次都好快賣曬,遲少少都冇得食!牛角包🥐層次好靚,外層好鬆脆。咬開會見到入面一個個小氣孔,幾濕潤,唔會食到好乾!Cheese Danish $22另一個很出色的包點,面層和中間也有芝士,芝士焗後令danish更脆!pain au Chocolat $22一樣好酥脆,但朱古力醬太少了salted caramel & chocolate tart $42撻底有牛油香,餡料係好濃郁既朱古力mousse加底層的焦糖醬,甜度適中,一個好唔夠喉🤤frangipane tart $42撻底同樣鬆脆,但個餡係一齊焗既,口感係似較濕潤既蛋糕,好重肉桂味。上面既士多啤梨令整體更清新!
