Restaurant: The Alley

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢期最hit 既當然係黑糖珍珠,呢間正正係其中一間長期勁多人排隊同讚好既過江龍珍珠奶茶店。閒日大約5點已經有一條人龍(基本上佢任何時間都有人龍)排左大約20~25分鐘終於排到舖頭門口order 野飲,叫完之後再排另一條隊等拎野飲,咁樣又等左20-25分鐘,終於拎到杯野飲喇左:黑糖鹿丸鮮奶右:小鹿出抹黑糖鹿丸鮮奶標明用新鮮牛奶,所以千叮萬囑客人一定要30分鐘內享用。果然奶味香濃,而重點既黑糖珍珠係超超超好味,濃郁黑糖味,煙煙un un,勁正小鹿出抹綠茶味濃,但黑糖珍珠喺呢杯野飲度味道被綠茶味掩蓋,如果係綠茶控要買呢杯試,但如果想食原汁原味既黑糖珍珠都係叫返鮮奶好d
