To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

門外楝企直立餐牌係餌誘式推銷手法?!

今日聖誕節正日，因有工作要到香港工業中心，所以下午約二時多些到附近午飯，環顧四周大部份食店都因假期休息，只看到【奇華小廚】有營業。先在門外看到一塊大型直立式餐牌，寫了【單併燒味飯 $30元 / 凍飲另加 $8】，咁就入去坐低，期間兩個名姐女侍應，都呆企毫無任何招呼舉動，我揮手叫其中一位阿姐，【單併叉燒飯 + 凍奶茶】，阿姐落單後寫低一張單，但只係潦草字冇任何價錢! 期間清水或清茶都冇杯，呢樣我真係唔太接受!約 5 分鐘後一碟單併叉燒飯、及一杯凍奶茶擺到枱，先講叉燒非常一般，主要唔太入味，而且覺得肉有點鞋。另凍奶茶冰多茶淡非常一般! 之後雜去到收銀處埋單，要 $52元當堂嚇我一跳，呢個價我寧願去【太興】食，起碼叉燒好食，及奶茶好飲先! 同埋工廠區咁貴價錢，招呼又差清水都冇杯，真係劏到我一頸血! 呢個價我去其他食店，已經食到好豐富午餐，同埋有例湯凍奶茶好飲過佢先! 永不幫襯!!!
