來嚟元朗搵個friend,好耐無出嚟吹下水飲下啤酒,個frd話嚟試下喱間新開嘅,仲要做到凌晨四點嘅大排檔,驚我地唔夠坐,揀間最夜嘅。招牌即燒碳火靚雞,$198大隻皮脆卜卜,肉質口感鮮嫩,每撕一舊出嚟都見住佢滴油,果然喺招牌菜式,坐定定好即刻叫喇,落單起都要燒半個鐘,大大力推薦。其他菜式大大碟夠哂抵食,黃金系列的蝦,每隻蝦都去頭成隻炸,完全唔需要剝殼,鹹蛋黃醬均勻地黐喺蝦上面。尖椒大腸啫煲一上菜嘅時候,啫啫聲,見到啲大腸嘅油脂不斷翻騰沸騰緊,大腸完全吸收曬醬汁,火喉十足。砂鍋皮蛋豆腐芫茜生魚湯呢個魚湯真係超級足料,一整煲有菜有魚有豆腐有皮蛋,滾出生魚嘅鮮味鮮甜。椒鹽滑豆腐外脆內裡滑嘟嘟,唔會好熱氣,送啤酒果然一流,平衡返啲重味道嘅啫啫煲
