To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 正如題目所然,呢一頭唯一在艾美酒店的中菜酒樓也關了,鍾菜館的開將正好給數碼港附近居住或工作,又對飲茶吃中菜有偏好的人燃點了希望。之前來過一次沒有訂枱,未能光顏。今日上午十時一開門即到就一定找到枱。這兒內部裝修下了一翻心思,當然喜好因人而異,但整體而言我覺得環境是十分舒服。開了茶在桌旁有一張有裝置的手推車子,玻璃茶壺放上裝置會自動入水和煲水,十分有趣。我叫了普利茶,茶味茶香是可以的。接著,當然立即叫點心。又是自動化的。客人要用手機先掃二維碼去到特定網址點菜。叫了點心大約十數分鐘點心陸陸逐逐送來。整體感覺點心味道十分好,好明顯是即叫即蒸!而且材料十分新鮮!有好幾類點心如蝦餃、燒賣、要一隻一隻叫,但每隻份量十足!點心的水準十分高,如十分滿分來說我會給9.5分!結論:我肯定會再來幫襯,希望水準能繼續保持!
