靚女車話要搞返個開年團拜飯局 ,開年飯當然首選去食中國菜喇,咁先似樣㗎嘛 !靚女Ivy話不如去食吖?!嘅然大家no objection就扑搥啦……是晚我地準時入座,大家翻閱餐單後,決定散叫,咁樣先可以試啲特別嘅菜式嘛 !1.半隻即燒乳豬 : 皮夠脆,肉少少鹹,皮下肥膏唔夠 , 跟外間一般酒家相比,差別唔大, 驚喜欠奉!2.金瑤琵琶豆腐 : 咬落外層微脆,内裡係綿滑嘅豆腐, !3.胡椒豬肚大蜆湯 : 嗰湯几辣吓,好暖胃, 豬肚爽, 蜆肉鮮。4.蛋白薑米絲香蟹飯 : 單睇賣相,啲飯白色 ,似乎無咩料到!食落口都ok嘅,有香蒜味,但就吸收唔到蟹嘅鮮味精華囉 !至於蟹肉,肉質算新鮮唔錯,但少蟹肉。5.金銀蛋浸時蔬 : 鹹蛋皮蛋下火夠入味, 白菜仔鮮嫩好食,下飯至正 !6.生炒上肉排 : 酸甜醒胃,咕嚕肉炸粉唔厚實,正正做到外酥内嫩 !7.大澳蝦醬骨 : 有淡淡蝦醬味,炸肉排唔夠腍滑。8.粟米魚塊 : 魚塊同粟米獻汁特別分開上,就算攤涼了,魚塊依然酥脆無比,魚肉嫩滑!9.沙薑雞腳 : 口感非常軟諗。10.彿山燻蹄 : 冰涼爽口。11.香燻鴨胸 : 薄切
