開市第一撃,開年飯,假Baby Blue進行.Baby Blue係老細的favourite,現己成為我的favourite,因為坐得舒服,食物水準穩定.老細要了忌廉周打蜆湯配香草蜆肉意粉,而我要了沙律配叫左個墨汁risotto.沙律比其他西餐廳認真,有唔同的菜,紫色菜微苦,但被紅腰豆,栗米,意大利飯有咬口+白酒藍貝with薯條,for share!香草蜆肉意粉份量比較多,老細分咗d比我.意粉有口感.雖是蕃茄汁,唔酸,很可口,但幾(牛)油!蜆肉有沙唔鮮.餐茶要了咖啡同檸蜜,但上錯咗檸水,都可口,無所謂!甜品係芝士蛋糕,芝士味不太重,軟綿綿,好好味!值得一讚係e度唔止對味道講究,連presentation都好認真.主菜同甜品上時,加上香草,芫茜,同糖漿做decoration,可謂色香味俱全!雖然價然比其他意大利餐廳貴十數元,但一分錢一分貨,食過就知點解貴d囉.臨走時,收到開市第二撃,開工利是,今日真係又食又拿,超開心!

餐茶要了咖啡同檸蜜,但上錯咗檸水,都可口,無所謂!甜品係芝士蛋糕,芝士味不太重,軟綿綿,好好味!

值得一讚係e度唔止對味道講究,連presentation都好認真.主菜同甜品上時,加上香草,芫茜,同糖漿做decoration,可謂色香味俱全!

雖然價然比其他意大利餐廳貴十數元,但一分錢一分貨,食過就知點解貴d囉.

臨走時,收到開市第二撃,開工利是,今日真係又食又拿,超開心!
