To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食開年飯點都要食好d,不過過年期間食咗好多肉,又好油,唔知可唔可以食多菜食清d呢🤦🏻‍♀️有人欽點食呢度,酒店中菜廳🤤,點都有期望開年點少得撈起呢,三文魚撈起菜,個人覺得份量好足,好多疏菜,講真過年食咁多肉,呢個撈起菜多過三文魚,仲好大碟,4個人食都食唔晒,但我地係重點清晒d菜,剩咗d三文魚🤣仲叫咗味好似叫脆炸鱔,個人怕甜,呢個算唔錯; 仲有孜然肉串,真係唔錯,肉唔硬;燻蛋,煙燻味重,蛋黃味重;黑松露蝦仁, 黑松露醬味太重了。 真心,餸菜好食,服務都好。酒店中菜廳確實係有一定的保證。

開年點少得撈起呢,三文魚撈起菜,個人覺得份量好足,好多疏菜,講真過年食咁多肉,呢個撈起菜多過三文魚,仲好大碟,4個人食都食唔晒,但我地係重點清晒d菜,剩咗d三文魚🤣

真心,餸菜好食,服務都好。
