To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

新開張，一家大細黎到呢間海南雞飯。講超海南雞飯，在香港大大話食過幾十間，泰式，越式，港式都食過，但最中意都係新加坡海南雞飯。在香港不容易食到新加坡熟食市場的海南雞飯，雖然呢間標榜著新加坡xx酒店大廚，但其實邊有人會去新加坡高級酒店食海南雞飯。但呢間香港店的海南雞飯味的確能勾起熟食市場的味道。肉骨茶，撈米等都ok啦，冇乜特別記憶。但個雪糯三文治真係唔講得笑，三文治又熱又軟，雪糕凍冰冷（唔通熱咩）,三文治有雪糕味，雪糕有三文治味，仲冰火！但要快d食，一分鐘後，三文治已變凍變硬。有下次
