心情好,星期日食好西,去了銅鑼灣瑩雪,中午壽司廚師發辦,每位$498,有11件、加一卷物。酸汁調的豆腐沙律,爽;配細細碟的牛肉蒟蒻,好多汁。深海池魚柚子汁,唔錯,酸酸地味好出,飯有咬口。帆立貝橘油汁,涼涼地的帆立貝好大塊,入口咀嚼全部都係佢嘅味道,仲留咗啲鮮甜回味。平目魚配魚邊,平目即係左口,肥美。墨魚配紫海膽,黏黏地,耐咀嚼,咬咬吓好甘甜。寒鰤魚,頂級,肥嘟嘟口感,調味少少酸平衡。火炙醋漬鯖魚,火炙迫出魚脂太美好,因為醋漬少少酸,開胃!珍珠貝配新鮮根子,鮮甜,珍珠貝好嚼口。大吞拿魚腩,點少得佢!赤海膽,有啲冰涼感,份外甘甜,很滿足!日本春魚,炙燒,鼓油甜甜地,又香又滋味。赤左蝦,他他做法,混合蝦膏所以顏色比較深.見到已經知道好得,果然包尾的是最豐腴,甘香的餘韻相比海膽更高。玉子,甜甜冰涼,飽後食甜點的效果。香蔥吞拿魚,紫菜非常夠脆。魚湯燉蛋,有櫻花蝦鋪面,有粒栗子,赤麵豉湯。最後是檸檬雪葩。
