To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日約咗個好耐冇見嘅朋友去尖沙咀飲茶，揀左環境好舒適嘅煌府。手打陳皮牛肉球牛肉球向來都係我至愛，呢度嘅牛肉球加入陳皮增添風味，口感滑嫩，好味！瑤柱鮮蝦菜苗餃蝦好鮮甜，搭配菜苗，餃子皮薄而韌。奶皇流沙包咬開時會流出濃郁的奶皇，包嘅質感好軟綿綿。原隻鮑魚灌湯餃超癲！因為真係有整隻鮑魚！而灌湯餃內包和湯汁，鮮美的味道令人垂涎。黑松露鮮蝦燒賣皇鮮蝦好彈牙，燒賣因為加左黑松露特別香口。叉燒雪山餐包內含香甜的叉燒，表面有一層脆皮，味道出色。蜜汁叉燒腸腸粉滑嫩，叉燒加強左成個口感。
