Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今年爸爸杖朝之年的生日, 他提議到機場富豪酒店食buffet, 他說因為入機場路途頗遙遠, 有點像去旅行的感覺! 人越大越像變回小孩呢!一行13人浩浩蕩蕩的星期日晚上7點多到達. 安排坐於距離food bar有點遠的位置.Cold cut - 多款火腿選擇, 沙律款式亦很多, 估不到連醬汁配料也有十多款! 有我喜歡的parma ham, 不過沒有提供蜜瓜, 於是到生果部取塊蜜瓜自製, 始終parma ham跟蜜瓜是perfect match!雖然ham不算得上是靚料. 沙律菜頗新鮮爽口, 再加麵包糠,芝士碎,煙肉碎和醬汁, 自製Caesar salad無難度!海鮮類亦有很多 - 翡翠螺, 龍蝦仔, 凍蝦, 蟹腳和青口. 蟹腳不算大隻, 但內裡的蟹肉也不少. 凍蝦亦算鮮甜彈牙.刺生 - 除供應基本的三文魚, 吞拿魚和蟹柳外, 還有鯛魚, 八爪魚和甜蛋. 刺生魚脂不算多,新鮮厚切經已不錯.中菜款式中, 以這魷魚圈的味道最好, 有嚼口感, 辣辣的很惹味.其次是清湯腩, 牛腩炆得很腍, 除了腩肉也有牛筋, 如果加有白蘿蔔就更完滿了!蒸蜆, buffet少見有蒸蜆出現, 每隻都頗大隻, 不過蒸令
