臨近年尾,又係約親戚食團年飯嘅時候,之前疫情冇得聚餐,所以難得一聚都想食餐好嘢。人多當然食圍餐,但如果食圍餐又唔想太普通,就未必度度做到,而呢間海都就做得喇首先講個景,對住維港,一個字食到中途,會展上空仲上演夢幻香江無人機表演,睇到個個嘩嘩聲好,跟住就講食物喇,講前菜先:椒鹽魷魚鬚,香口好味百味豆腐,外脆內嫩蒜片牛柳粒,八小碟我最鍾意呢款,蒜片炸到香脆,牛柳煮到入味淋身,絕配金沙四季豆,鹹蛋黃配四季豆,香口好味麻辣魚皮:夠晒麻辣,好味陳醋雲耳:酸酸地,開胃四喜烤夫:有啲齋、菇、木耳,滷水汁鹹鹹甜甜,又索晒入個齋度雞絲粉皮:呢個粉皮好彈牙,唔會好淋,比較爽口前菜都已經份量好大,主菜仲堅重點推薦兩個超驚喜菜式:掛綠荔枝炸蝦丸,真係整到成粒大荔枝咁,師傅好嘢,而且係脆到嚓嚓聲,到冇朋友姫松茸燉老雞湯,好重姫松茸味,連飲兩碗最後食埋甜品芝麻煎堆,啱啱炸好,熱辣辣再食埋楊枝甘露糖水,開心、滿足
