環境嘈雜,嘈到街市咁,食到頭痛。樓底矮燈光不夠,中環區食肆冇諗過咁差。食咗個大閘蟹餐,啲蟹肉梅嘅,可能係死蟹。蟹餐除咗蟹,其他食物味道尚可。但服務差到離晒譜。首先食咗兩個點心,跟住上蟹,之後出甜品,中間啲湯羹、菜、飯,全部漏曬。追左三四次先出齊。明明見到服務員攞住我碟菜,行去隔離左右問咗幾張枱,係都唔問我果枱就走左,攞住碟菜遊完街先上枱。最好笑就係,食第一輪蟹時,比隻懶係靚嘅大碟比我食蟹,食第二輪換隻細碟比我,都唔知可以放蟹定放骨。我問佢可唔可以比番大碟我,佢話唔可以。唔知佢哋係咪全埸得4隻碟,係咪洗唔切呀?中環食肆要隻碟都話冇,係咪唔夠餐具?衰過茶餐廳。 continue reading

我们是周五晚上去的。提前订位6个人。非常普通的一页纸菜单。既没有卖相也没啥特别的味道。小臂长短的一条蒸鱼要688。当天加上我们前后一共5桌,当晚当班的有6-7位服务生。全部站在后面看无人机表演。招半天手也不来倒酒。盘子直到最后吃完才给换了一次。不要讲没点酒就不服务。其实香港那68-98一份的餐前硬性销售的花生米加上平均20/人的茶位费,还有在这基础上收的10%服务费,加起来也有25%, 比美国都贵。但至少美国是看服务给,所以还能收获个殷勤和笑脸。这边硬性收费还收到的是苦瓜冷脸。过去站着不动生意也会送上门的日子过去了,香港的服务业该醒醒了 continue reading

星期六同屋企人食飯 入座後發現 座位淺窄 枱與枱之間比較淺窄 等齊人 叫落單叫咗好幾次叫上菜 叫咗好幾次等咗30分鐘 咩都無來過問員工 員工互相推卸職責問佢地上菜未,個個都話唔知 自己唔係經理女經理態度欠佳 只會照顧熟客買蘿蔔糕 扮見唔到你落單到上菜大概1 小時 落單時間18:59 (其實更加早 講咗幾次;不過唔緊要我地用相片作準)上第一道菜為龍蝦麵 時間 19:50足足等咗51分鐘呀 ! 途中仲要上錯菜 -需要提醒攞返走 最可笑係你同男經理講: 佢同你講等多過45分鐘係正常 continue reading

臨近年尾,又係約親戚食團年飯嘅時候,之前疫情冇得聚餐,所以難得一聚都想食餐好嘢。人多當然食圍餐,但如果食圍餐又唔想太普通,就未必度度做到,而呢間海都就做得喇首先講個景,對住維港,一個字食到中途,會展上空仲上演夢幻香江無人機表演,睇到個個嘩嘩聲好,跟住就講食物喇,講前菜先:椒鹽魷魚鬚,香口好味百味豆腐,外脆內嫩蒜片牛柳粒,八小碟我最鍾意呢款,蒜片炸到香脆,牛柳煮到入味淋身,絕配金沙四季豆,鹹蛋黃配四季豆,香口好味麻辣魚皮:夠晒麻辣,好味陳醋雲耳:酸酸地,開胃四喜烤夫:有啲齋、菇、木耳,滷水汁鹹鹹甜甜,又索晒入個齋度雞絲粉皮:呢個粉皮好彈牙,唔會好淋,比較爽口前菜都已經份量好大,主菜仲堅重點推薦兩個超驚喜菜式:掛綠荔枝炸蝦丸,真係整到成粒大荔枝咁,師傅好嘢,而且係脆到嚓嚓聲,到冇朋友姫松茸燉老雞湯,好重姫松茸味,連飲兩碗最後食埋甜品芝麻煎堆,啱啱炸好,熱辣辣再食埋楊枝甘露糖水,開心、滿足 continue reading

首先講下環境,地方闊落,有海景,好光猛,係舒服嘅酒樓食物嘅品質亦都非常之唔錯脆皮燒乳鴿好好味,熱辣辣,脆皮,有肉汁,調味啱啱好,推薦另外有個明月鹹蛋黃卷,好脆一啲都唔油,入邊就有原粒帶子同埋蝦,不過就覺得嗰半粒鹹蛋黃同成件事有少少格格不入紅米脆網腸粉就可以不試,因為佢個腸粉皮唔係做得太好,唔晶瑩剔透,食落唔滑,而且有啲太黏68蚊嘅灌湯餃個餃就冇咩餡,但係出面就有一粒瑤柱,一隻冬菇,同一舊小花膠,一試無妨黃橋燒餅就可以唔叫,因為食落好黏口,個皮做得唔係太好 continue reading
