炸雲吞是我的心水推介,用手黏著,完全不油,再沾上橙色酸汁,入口「咔嚓」作響,超級甘香酥脆。很久沒嚐過如此乾爽鬆化,連餡料和調味也一樣足的炸雲吞了,令我回想起昔日老香港的情懷與味道!

燒乳豬也做得相當不錯,皮脆肉嫩,脂肪層細薄而不膩,鹹度亦剛好,可以多來兩件啊!

海參菜式當然絕不馬虎,海參口感軟滑,醬汁不會糊口,配以不同茄子、山根、菇菌、娃娃菜、西蘭花、鴨腳等,令海參美不勝收。這新穎的自助餐主題,好吃得來又有看頭!
