To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 慶祝媽咪生日,一家都好喜歡食日本菜,成日食刺身,壽司,所以一值想帶家人試食日式燒肉早前與朋友試過香港某間貴價日式燒肉方題,非常失望,300幾每位價錢與食質素相差太大但今次食牛角的一餐,食得好滿足,果然散點好過放題價格與食物質素相等,服務也相當不錯先講食物,燒肉專門店,我們落左一個燒肉拼盤,已基本齊晒店內的牛,豬,雞肉類,牛舌,另外再加了碟和牛各牛肋肉,上肉,肩肉,一口牛,牛舌,腩肉,頸肉等。。。都新鮮,係日式鮮肉,不會有太濃醬汁蓋過,加生菜包埋食,超級好食配搭,不膩,推介食豬腩肉,牛肩肉,口感滑,爽,陣陣烤肉香極回味,配飯美味可惜係和牛,牛舌太薄身,肉是滑的,但燒完之後唔見食,唔夠肉汁海鮮我們就沒有有叫,所以評唔到 最後到甜品,推介雪糕銅鑼燒回味,要烤到有網紋,外皮脆暖暖,內心冰凍雪糕,有少少紅豆,正!感覺滿意服務是會幫手換左個烤肉網,再用新烤網烤我既甜品雪糕銅鑼燒,值得讚

先講食物,燒肉專門店,我們落左一個燒肉拼盤,已基本齊晒店內的牛,豬,雞肉類,牛舌,另外再加了碟和牛
各牛肋肉,上肉,肩肉,一口牛,牛舌,腩肉,頸肉等。。。
都新鮮,係日式鮮肉,不會有太濃醬汁蓋過,加生菜包埋食,超級好食配搭,不膩

推介食豬腩肉,牛肩肉,口感滑,爽,陣陣烤肉香極回味
,配飯美味

可惜係和牛,牛舌太薄身,肉是滑的,但燒完之後唔見食,唔夠肉汁

海鮮我們就沒有有叫,所以評唔到


最後到甜品,推介雪糕銅鑼燒
回味,要烤到有網紋,外皮脆暖暖,內心冰凍雪糕,有少少紅豆,正!

感覺滿意服務是會幫手換左個烤肉網,再用新烤網烤我既甜品雪糕銅鑼燒,值得讚
