乳豬仔貪佢肉瘦脂肪少,肉紋順溜幼細皮夠薄,再燒香至金黃皮脆。戴晒生日帽插埋蠟燭,化身為生日豬,但人多高興開餐前唱首生日歌又何妨吖!要品嚐隻「乳香豬」,仲有好多功夫,由專人幫隻豬仔拆線剪肉,再鋪番得整整齊齊,砌番個豬仔樣先為止大功告成。乳豬皮果然夠脆,一咬咔嚓應聲碎開,皮下脂肪都真喺相對少,但外皮都仍帶少少油,而瘦肉部份調味幾好,無經常食到乳豬或燒肉過鹹嘅毛病,但肉味都唔差喎。「蝦禾米」部份又如何?炒飯晌燒乳豬仔嘅過程吸收咗肉汁同油香,都擔心會過油,但估唔到入口又幾爽身喎,仲有份鹹香,總算無點失望!溫馨提示,乳香豬連炒飯幾足份量,無得十鬆啲人都唔好隨便叫成隻! 仲有玫瑰頭抽黃金雞黃金雞色澤比常見嘅豉油雞仲要深色,難得咁入味但又唔嚡,皮下脂肪又唔多,認真唔錯! 對整晚嘅菜式都好滿意,試到多款手本招牌嘢,算食得過喎!
