To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這次朋友約了我一起去德福廣場去吃飯, 朋友提意去美心皇宫, 我很久沒去了. 一口便答應了.  我最怕等位, 還好, 不需要.   餐廳的環境不錯.  上菜還算快. 我非常喜歡吃大閘蟹. 馬上叫了大閘蟹.  這是雄性的大閘蟹, 尺寸偏小. 蟹膏很香, 但不多. 以HK$120的價格來說, 有點貴.  接下來點了胡椒桂花蚌, 味道一般, 沒有令人有特別印象.  鴨脷的汁太多, 口味太重. 汁的味道蓋過鴨脷的味道, 可惜了.  菜遠炒手切牛肉, 牛肉的味道嫩滑. 完全沒有蘇打粉的味道. 朋友見我有些咳, 為我點了檸檬蜜.  味道清香. 不過, 我不是太習慣這種果蜜的味道. 如果下次再來未必會再點. 朋友說芥菜當灶,一定要點. 芥菜有清香味, 又能清熱氣, 再加上腐竹的豆香   " l love it", 只是這道菜成本不高, 工序不覆雜, 感覺價格偏高. 我對這家餐廳總體感覺不錯, 我下次會再來.
