To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

男朋友跟友人們十一點幾踢完波後，其中一人提議出九龍城吃夜宵，說新開了一間吃烤魚的店子，很香蠻不錯，於是一行十多人便去試試。店很骨子，裝潢也不錯，很古式古鄉，坐下了之後先點了兩個烤魚，一是麻辣一是酸辣，之後點了數個小吃。烤魚: 由於比較近我的是酸辣烤魚，所以整晚基本上都是吃這一尾，魚很滑，跟酸酸的汁料非常配合，很好吃~而麻辣那一尾只是淺嚐幾口，一樣不錯，很香~之後highligh其中好吃的小食:雞軟骨串: 北京風味，面頭的香料好惹味~~烤得剛好，正~芥末豬肚: 上台時我不知道是什麼來的，吃了一口就知道了...好攻鼻，但是又好過癮~烤鱔: 好吃到不知怎形容！又滑又香又甜，正！燒茄子: 多汁，甜，整條一件不留，連皮也吃掉了~老闆很nice，跟我們打成一片，整頓飯都充滿笑聲，哈哈~多謝友人介紹了這間好店子給我們，會再去幫趁~~~
