To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

酒店住房package包自助晚餐，心想機場的酒店自助餐也不會好食到哪裡去，誰知完全不差!餐廳好大，坐位安排不會太迫。食物選擇很多，而且味道也不錯。負責刺身的師傅會給份量不小的刺身，而且三文魚及金槍魚也很美味，不是普通的貨色。只食熱食已經夠飽，無緣嘗試甜品、雪糕。不過太太說甜品選擇較少，喜歡嘗甜的人會有少少失望。我曾經到過尖東的富豪酒店食自助餐，機場的富豪酒店的確好很多，難怪尖東的店一個笑臉也沒有。
