To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 知道有酸菜魚加放題,又$108位及食兩粒鐘,當然唔放過。去之前打電話預訂枱,約7:45分到,餐廳九成滿。安排坐四人枱,點了酸菜魚中辣後就出去搵食,有兩盆可即食,包括春卷及番薯。由於肚餓,所以都食住先。春卷唔錯,脆口內有木耳絲,爽爽地,好食。飲品都好多選擇,有最新的零系可樂。酸菜魚係炸過,所以較香口,但我比較喜歡傳統的,冇乜點炸的酸菜魚。條魚好大條,份量足。至於打邊爐料,丸類都多,喜歡有魚肉選擇,雞肉都好食,可能係跟供應雞煲有關,但末見有鮮牛肉。由於烤魚的煮盆比較淺,所以打邊爐時不太方便,另外係湯底偏咸。雖然如此,這餐開心酸菜魚,都令我食到捧着肚回家!
