To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去左馬鞍山元氣分店,位置非常方便。 等左一陣就就座了,order嘗試左種類嘅sushi,特別係三文魚類,魚味好香濃,令人印象深刻。 炙燒醬油漬三文魚腩肥魚油分佈係三文魚肚上面,魚腩壽司表面已經燒焦,散發腩油香,成口食落香脆爽滑。極上吞拿魚三點(大拖、赤身、長鰭)呢3件擺係一碟,每件切有唔同嘅吞拿魚部份。 當然,拖羅係成碟之中嘅主角,成塊大拖油脂分布於每一個角落,其餘兩件都處於平均水準。蔥香脆蒜海鮮蔥蒜味十足,海鮮粒嘅粗細適中,加上有鮮之餘味,兩種配合相輔相成,係一個好嘅壽司配搭。脆蒜炙燒日本鯛魚鯛魚香滑鮮甜,經過炙燒後,加上表面中嘅脆蒜,為成件壽司帶嚟香脆口感。至於其他壽司都係冇咩特別,壽司種類較多,例如魚、炸物、甜品,下次再試埋其他。
