To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

昨日挨夜工作，照道理就累，但是我竟然7點咁早起床，人好精神，可能飲得多咖啡，無睡意難得星期六假期，我又當然陪家人去飲早茶1.先叫一個醒晨超值孖寶好香飯，排骨入味，鳳爪不硬而鬆大大粒蝦仁在燒賣內，食落熱騰騰2.抄手酸甜有微辣，好好咪3.馬拉糕發不發起的馬拉糕要看師傅當曰制法，今日似乎發不起，馬拉糕面下蓋有大大粒核桃，但超味道4.煎堆煎堆仔脆而不膩，內有流沙溶，味道剛好海港每週晨早點心紙都會有所改變，例如今週牛肉腸有優惠，下週就會轉變為我的最愛:叉燒腸，每週期待
